Constraint

The current constraint is liquidating the cost to acquire a customer within the first 30 days. Currently the cost to acquire a customer is $1,500.

The proposal to eliminate this constraint is to pull cash forward via a setup fee that is credited back to the seller after we close on their property. If this works, CAC is effectively front-loaded, and the ad budget stops being the bottleneck. If I can fix this constraint it will unlock an unlimited advertising spend.

Within the Decade roadmap I have carved out, I need to fully pivot into real estate. If I fail to do this within 6 months from today my previous efforts will have been in vain.
